Use crochet as a medium to meditate and create.  We will focus on mindfulness, gratitude, stress and anxiety relief as we crochet for relaxation.

Crochet offers a chance to meditate in a way that many people find easier than sitting still in a room and focusing on only the breath. Crochet is a relaxing, repetitive craft that is great for practicing  mindfulness. The combination counting, repetitive stitching and focus on the work is a proven stress-reducer and a path to being present in the here-and-now.

The But First, Crochet Podcast focuses on active guided meditation sessions through different creative mediums but primarily crochet.  Don’t crochet?  Don’t worry, I will guide you through the process of this skill that absolutely changed my life for the better.  Like meditation, the more you do it, the easier it gets and in the end you get to find your inner peace while creating something beautiful!
